If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase (received damaged products, broken, or missing), we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. All we would need are pictures/videos of the damaged product/s.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have verified the damaged product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after GST at 18%, shipping fees, RTO fees, or 5% transaction fees, whichever is applicable.
The refund when applicable will be processed within 5-9 business days.
1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
2. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, products bought on Sale cannot be refunded.
3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 9649381111
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We use a third courier shipping company as our partner. Therefore, we do not get daily updates. Any issue with your order kindly escalates it via mail or WhatsApp.
Our shipping timelines are-
1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days.
2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5-9 working days.
3. International Shipping: 12-15 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Corporate gifting by Confetti Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages.
Confettigifts.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Any order placed once, we do not provide cancellation.
5. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER – GIFT BOXES + GIFTS
5.1 Users may browse the Website and may view products without any obligation to make an Order.
5.2 If You wish to purchase the Goods shown, You may select them by clicking “Add to Cart” on the Listing for the relevant Goods. The default setting for the number of Goods shown is generally five items.
5.3 When You click the “Add to Cart” button on an item, the Goods shown will be transferred to Your Cart.
5.9 You can view Your Cart at any time by selecting the Cart icon at the top right hand side of every page of the Website.
5.10 By adding Goods to Your Cart, You have not entered into any binding commitment. At any time prior to payment, You can delete any item from Your Cart by selecting the ’remove’ button below the relevant Goods in Your Cart.
5.11 When You have finished selecting Goods, You may select the “Checkout” button at the bottom of Your Basket.
5.12 You will be asked to log in to Your Account, or if You have not yet set up an Account, You will be asked to register with the Website by creating an Account. Once You have logged into Your Account, You will be redirected to the web page of our secure payment provider. You will be asked to enter Your credit or debit card details and to click “submit”. Depending on Your card provider, You may be redirected to a card verification page in which You will be asked to enter certain letters or numbers of Your secret password. This card verification page is operated by Your card issuer.
5.14 Confetti Gifts will not see or receive Your credit or debit card details or the letters or numbers of Your secret code (to the extent that You are required to enter these). These will be viewable only by the payment provider and/or Your card issuer (as applicable).
5.15 When Your payment has been processed, You will receive a confirmation email from Confetti.
5.16 On completion of the payment process which shall occur at the later of submission by You of Your credit or debit card details and (to the extent applicable) submission of the relevant letters or numbers of Your secret password, an Order will to have been made.
6. CREATING A DIGITALLY PRINTED PRODUCT (CARD) AND APPLYING IT TO A GIFT BOX, SENDING SINGLE AND MULTIPLE CARDS
You cannot cancel or edit your Order of personalized products once the order has been placed and an order confirmation email received.
We are not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors; poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors, including delivery address. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
Content Rules – we do not permit personalized products to include any content or material which:
infringes anyone’s copyright: in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image or any other content that you wish to include in a personalized product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that image or other content in the personalized product;
infringes any other rights, such as a trademark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality;
contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;
6.7.4 is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening, or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience, or distress to any person;
6.7.5 misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;
6.7.6 includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;
7.1 Delivery charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout, for each separate address that goods are being delivered to.
7.2 If by accident the sender adds the wrong items to the wrong Gift Box, Confetti will not be at fault and will consider the delivery final.
7.3 If by accident Confetti includes the wrong items within the wrong Gift Box, Confetti will take full responsibility and pay for the return and replacement of said items.
We currently accept major debit and credit cards including VISA and American Express Our e-commerce platform is using Razorpay for a trustworthy and secure checkout process. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
